We signed them papers... leasing papers that is!

WOW!!! All I can say is that God answered our prayers!! It only took us since the post of the blog... 24hrs to find the place we were going to move to, yes 24hrs.

All I can say is thank you God! God has been soo faithful!

We had visited the apartment complex back in November and we loved it!!! It was to the point that I wanted to move back then to the apartment. Getting closer to our wedding, the application fees were a little bit out of our budget since we were also planning a wedding. We had to be really wise on were to spend our money. Soo we decided to wait until after we were married to look for apartments, save a little and most important get that of my mind and focus on the wedding ;)

Ok soo the day after I posted the last blog about our 30 day challenge we visited about 5 apartments and by the end of the day we were tired and frustrated, we had visited all of this places and had found nothing. Well long story short we visited the apartment complex that we have loved back in November and all of the fees to move in, get this, were half off. Yep! We left the apartment complex talking about moving in one week, instead of one month.

Its amazing how you can make plans, you can say in 1 month I want to do this or do that, and God says, heeeee no, you are going to move in one week not in one month. It has always been my case. I make plans God changes them, to the point that I have stopped making plans, sometimes is not good, but I have learned that I don't want to do things my way. A good example, Brandon, lol. I waited on God and well now I am married to him. I waited on Him and that was it.

We could have moved as soon as we got married, but God had other plans. Not only did God saved us $$$ to move in, but also gave us the peace in this process of waiting and the place we loved. I heard God so clearly telling me don't move yet, get married first and then wait on Me and thats exactly what we did. We got married, lived in my studio apartment for a month and then God said now is time, move, ohh and because you were obedient I'll save you some $$$.

Isn't God amazing?!?!?!

30 Day Challenge

As of today Brandon and I have been married a total of 40 days. Its been one amazing start to this lifetime journey. The laundry, the cooking, the cleaning...its all a new adventure. For the first time in my life I enjoy cooking, lol...that will be another post later on when I remember to take pictures before Brandon eats it all.

During our engagement period we agreed that for the first couple of months we would live in the studio apartment that I was living at. The main reason for doing this was because I didn't have time the time to do so. It turned out be a good choice since we didn't know were Brandon would be working at, save a little bit of money after a wedding is always good, and as well it gives us time to really search for something we both liked and wanted.

Well now the searching has begun and officially have 30 days to find our new home. We have a couple of places that we like all ready, but need to see in person and that's why we are going tomorrow, Friday.

Pray that we find the right place to call home!

And of course we will keep you posted!
